Course Instructor: Surrey Combat Sports and Performances
Location: Gym
Course Time: 2:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
At Surrey MMA, we focus on incorporating key elements of MMA such as wrestling, jiu-jitsu, striking, and the mental game of combat. Our world class team of instructors will be there for you for every step of your MMA training and we have extensive experience working with all skill levels and ages.
Note: *Boys’ and girls’ classes will be separate*
Class Size Minimum: Classes require a minimum of 5 students to proceed.
